Baby Shower

BABY SHOWER FOR BABY GEORGE 

Cassie & mom threw an AMAZING Baby Shower for me!   

Claire came all the way from Springfield for my shower! It was so good to see her. 

The guys were a big help with getting us pre-lunch :) 

I LOVED the decorations.  Cassie had it planned so cute, don't you love the diaper owl?!? 

GIFTS!!!

The grandmas were really excited about these books. 

Lynne made me an owl hat for the baby!! I can't wait to use it! 

The shower was filled with lots of family and friends.  Even friends who traveled long ways to be there! I love these girls! 

I was even fortunate to have a surprise visitor, my great elementary-high school friend! 

Nate wanted to help take down decorations. 

Final Paint Job

So I was determined to have the chevron stripes on the wall of the baby room.  The taping went pretty well.  I will say I don't think that they are perfect, but I'm really happy with how they turned out. 

Because I'm not "supposed" to paint, Matt had to do the painting.  

The final results! I think that they are pretty cool. 

Wedding Weekend

Cassie asked me to make their guestbook for them.  I was really happy with how it turned out. 

My mom put together a great breakfast brunch for the bride, bride's sisters, mothers and Pastor's wife. It was delicious.  Biscuits n' Gravy....so good! 

Aren't they super cute! 

Cassie was GORGEOUS!! I'm so excited for her & Bryant.  She has seriously done so much, she deserved such a perfect day.  I can't express how proud and ecstatic I am for her.  Bryant is a great guy and they are so perfect together.  It has been amazing watching the two of them grow together.  I look forward to seeing them continue to grow together as a family and with God.  

This was such a neat unity sand idea.  They first had the pastor pour sand in that represented God as the foundation.  Then as they were pouring their two colors, the pastor continued to pour his color as well representing God in the midst of their unity.
