Shadow still can't jump up in the window, but she was determined to watch the snow...so she used the couch.

Complete Guest Bedroom Remodel

This is the bedroom before the remodel. Not really our color choice, plus I wanted the awesome wood floor underneath to show.

1st, we chose the colors for the room, well, actually I chose them, but Matt agreed to them. So we kind of chose together :)

Then Diane came down for the weekend and helped me paint the room.

She did as AWESOME job of painting the 3 layers of yellow, as I painted the ceiling.

After painting we tore up the carpet, it was super easy! It was only nailed to the edges, so there was only staples and nails to clean up! It seriously took 5 min!

Then today, my parents brought up the mattress/bed set that my generous sister let us use.

Matt & my dad spent some time setting it up.

Then we bought new sheets & pillows. Isn't it beautiful!!

I LOVE my new guest bedroom! Now I just need to make some curtains and decorative pillows with that pretty fabric on the bed. Oh & get that mirror hung. :)
